HISTORIC OHIO CITY
Since 1818, Ohio City has been distinguished by its independent spirit. Generations of immigrants from New England, Germany, Hungary and Ireland migrated to its docks, mills, foundries and distilleries. Today, the “City of Ohio” is home to independent grocers, parks, favored eateries, celebrated breweries, historic landmarks and institutions, wellness studios, public art and streets made for strolling. Ohio City is situated on the near west side of Cleveland and just south of Lake Erie. It is home to over 9,000 residents and more than 250 businesses.
WHERE CITY MEETS NATURE
Located between downtown, Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River, Ohio City has pockets of green and blue to discover, play and relax. The Quarter connects to miles of trails to Edgewater Beach and Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
STEPS TO DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND
In between the city’s skyscrapers live Public Square and bustling business and entertainment districts. The Quarter is minutes from the Flats, Tremont, Edgewater and Gordon Square.
